The workshop “Sustainability in the Light of (Human) Nature: Paths towards World Citizenship Education” was held at TU Dortmund University on March 14, 2025.

Co-hosted by the Faculty of Education, Psychology, and Sociology at TU Dortmund University, which has an academic exchange agreement with Kyoto University’s Graduate School of Education, this marked the sixth iteration of the joint workshop. This year’s theme focused on World Citizenship Education, featuring presentations and discussions by researchers from both institutions.

Four members from the Kyoto University project participated and presented the following papers (listed in order of presentation, titles without honorifics):

Following the presentations, participants engaged in in-depth academic exchange and discussions with researchers from TU Dortmund University, fostering close collaborative dialogue.
